I've at six interactions with this service company. On the first one the repair person called said saying his vehicle broke down, but they would be over later. I never heard from him again . I made three more appointments,. No show no call. The first person to actually show up after two months of requesting service, came in, felt like he was in a rush and said the parts need it will be coming in the mail. The parts did come in the mail three days later, but it took another 10 days for the repair person to show up. He did " repairs" and told me wait 24 hours and it will get cold like it supposed to. Prior to his repairs the freezer was cold like refrigerator should be so I was able to keep food in the freezer section. 24 hours later the refrigerator was blowing hot air so I had to throw all my food away. I had to wait another 16 days for the next repair person. Mr. Wyman took his time checking out the refrigerator and answered the questions I had. He did not rush me with my questions, and he made me feel as if what I said mattered Thank you.

Neal was awesome. Yes it took longer to get the parts in for the fix but he did the job and now it works again. Fingers crossed that it keeps on working. Thank you

Willie was great. Apparently extremely knowledgable on how to fix the refrigerator and get it working, again! Last company, said, buy new refrig! However, the "EXPERIENCE" with SEARS was extremely PAINFUL! This refrigerator has been broken for 3 months!! And, SEARS is flat out IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with! Impossible to speak with a human! And, if you do get a human, no effective communication takes place-language issue! LONG call times!!! Automated call center. Transferred 7 times in our 1 hour telephone call-wherein the SERVICE address was changed to our MAILING ADDRESS. Once the parts were ordered; called to get a tech back to the house - who then showed up at the MAILING ADDRESS. Had to send him over to the SERVICE ADDRESS. OMG!! What a mess! I am glad it is hopefully finished!!
