Willie was great. Apparently extremely knowledgable on how to fix the refrigerator and get it working, again! Last company, said, buy new refrig! However, the "EXPERIENCE" with SEARS was extremely PAINFUL! This refrigerator has been broken for 3 months!! And, SEARS is flat out IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with! Impossible to speak with a human! And, if you do get a human, no effective communication takes place-language issue! LONG call times!!! Automated call center. Transferred 7 times in our 1 hour telephone call-wherein the SERVICE address was changed to our MAILING ADDRESS. Once the parts were ordered; called to get a tech back to the house - who then showed up at the MAILING ADDRESS. Had to send him over to the SERVICE ADDRESS. OMG!! What a mess! I am glad it is hopefully finished!!

It took him longer than he anticipated I am sure. Perseverance and prayer was the answer to getting everything apart, that was so securely put together. Apparently, the original installer of the dishwasher thought the part would never need to be replaced. I appreciate his professionalism, and great attitude. He is indeed an asset to your company.
