The experience was good. The oven is working, but seems to be heating more hot than it should at usual temperature. I will monitor to ensure that it is not over heating.

Technician Omar kept in touch with me as to what time he would arrive at my home and he was very polite and courteous also…. He installed the parts that were ordered by the previous technician and got the freezer going in no time …. Told me if l had any problems with the freezer within a month or even sooner to call my Home Warranty Service so they can send them back to check out the problem and resolve any issue the freezer might have ; but Overall a Great experience with Sears A&E Service and their technician….
