Technician Omar kept in touch with me as to what time he would arrive at my home and he was very polite and courteous also…. He installed the parts that were ordered by the previous technician and got the freezer going in no time …. Told me if l had any problems with the freezer within a month or even sooner to call my Home Warranty Service so they can send them back to check out the problem and resolve any issue the freezer might have ; but Overall a Great experience with Sears A&E Service and their technician…. Your Service Rep. that came to service / check / repair our Frigidaire top loading washing machine that wouldn't stop filling with water, was EXCELLENT!!! After going through the initial checking of the functions of the washer (as directed in a special maintenance book inside one of the washer panels). He went through each of wash cycles and each time the washer stopped filling with water and went into the washing cycle. I didn't have my clothes in the washing machine balanced causing the problem. Joe was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions!!! I'm washing my 2nd load of clothes now, thanks to Joe😀!! I will definitely refer your company and Joe to friends and family!!! Thank You for your support and service!!
