Barry, our technician, was amazing! He was very courteous, was on time, was very knowledgeable, and was a great person to have met. Victor was very friendly. He even called me at 10:00 to tell me that he wouldn't be at my house until about 5. Very thoughtful. He knew what the problem was and what to do. He also helped me put in my new filters. He was also very funny.

Extended work due to difficult position of part replacement internal to water filtering system in older refrigerator. He kept working at it until the job was done and 100%. Also had replacement part due to pre-job discussion with tech who called before hand. A&E/Sears is first-rate!
