Samuel called prior to give us an approximate time. He told us on his previous visit that we needed to vent our fridge cabinet. We did, and it has been helpful. He replaced our leaking ice maker and some brackets. Excellent service!!! We had 2 previous service visits by other repairmen, and they failed to fix the problem.
