On a scale of 1 to 5, Terrence deserves a 10! Today was his second visit out to fix our fridge. On the first visit, I was unaware that the fridge needed to be moved out and disconnected from the stand along freezer. (We have the professional grade, double door fridge and freezer) Terrence was very nice about it and explained to me how to detach them, ordered a part to have just in case, and scheduled another visit. Today, he met my husband and went over everything again with him (I forgot some things.) He was nice, personable, and very helpful! Thank you Terrence!

Tony called when he was on his way and gave me his ETA. He arrived on time. He askedme to describe what was going on with the unit. He pulled the cover off , and within a few mintues had it back running. I figured I would be shopping for new fridge but Tony saved me the hassle!
