Michael just completed a 2 visit repair ( ordering parts required) on my dishwasher . He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain the repair in a user- friendly way, as well as provide maintenance tips to prolong the machine's life!

Mario was VERY transparent, always on time, worked quickly and quietly. He was VERY educational and informative. I wish we had assigned technicians instead of always receiving different ones. We felt very comfortable with him. 10/10!

The men that came to my house to repair my fridge were very courteous and kind. They explained the problem to me like it mattered to me to know instead of acting like it was an inconvenience to explain it to me. They looked at another issue with my fridge while they were there once I explained the issue, and explained the problem is not with the fridge and would need a plumber. They went above to help me with this and I appreciate their help. The door to my fridge is fixed :).
