We've had many service technicians visit our home over the last 30+ years. None have impressed me more than Nathan C. He quickly determined what parts were defective with our refrigerator, explained what repairs were needed, and quickly made the repairs. He was very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and customer service focused. Nathan deserves a 10 star rating.
