I received a text with notice that the technician would be at house within 30 minutes. Tech was there as promised within 30 minutes. Tech was very professional and was able to diagnose issues in a matter of minutes. The Tech discussed options that allowed me to make an informed decision on what was best for my situation. (I was very appreciative of that.) I was able to get back to my daily schedule with very minimal interruption. Excellent experience and would definitely use Sears Hime Services again.

I give Roy a 5 Star rating!! He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the refrigerator and ice maker. Roy was very patient and courteous in explaining about the ice maker and all the buttons on the front panel of the refrigerator.
