This is the first time in four years since my purchase I had my refrigerator maintenance done by a professional. I just renewed my coverage. I'm was going to give 4 stars because I thought more would come with the service, and I felt a bit silly having paid (to renew) for something I do on my own. That said, that's not Ron's fault--he was great. Explained everything was in order, so piece of mind does have value.

Travis diagnosed the issue with the Control Module which was code F11 as being a stuck key..their were atleast 3 pervious trouble calls which were diagnosed the same,but Travis went a step further and pinpointed the harness wiring to the Control Module as being the possible culprit..The unit will still need to be replaced but I appreciate his knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
