The technician that came to the house to do the repairs. I actually was very knowledgeable and took extra steps to figure out what the problem was that the first technician didn't do. I was very thankful and grateful for him finding out what the actual problem was, but I was sad to find out the fridge raider cannot be fixed or is not worth being

Getting anyone on the phone is a disaster. The options to press never end and go into a loop over and over. And still no actual person answers. There are no contact #s of any value. Extremely frustrating. It's an utter waste of time. But like I said the techs when you finally get one are wonderful. I hope you pay them well. Btw. The chat is also worthless.
