Juan was very informative. He conducted test, visual inspection and found parts that needed to be ordered. Parts should arrive in approximately 5 days. I did pay my part for the insurance coverage and I just waiting for parts to arrive. Thanks

A&E/Sears home services is BLESSED to have Adam . He's definitely and asset to the company! I've had such a horrible experience with AHS and Sears that my next step was to take legal action.Adam turned my decision around . He was very knowledgeable, he actually worked to property diagnose the issue,he gave great advice, he was patient and empathetic. Most of all he represented the company well he was VERY professional.
