The technician was determined to fix my dishwasher after replacing a part that was thought to be issue, the dishwasher didn't work. The technician went out to his truck several times and worked on the dishwasher until it was fixed. I appreciated his diligence.

Martin was very helpful, however the problem with my Frig was not covered by my warranty. I was unable to figure out how to talk to someone live when I tried to make the appointment. If I had done so, I would not have had to pay the fee for a service call I did not need. . I have no warranty info that says it was not covered. I have had the warranty for years. I need updated information.
