Mark the Technician did a good job and was pleasant However since he came a month ago I have had a great amount of difficulty attempting to get information about the repair of our refrigerator! I received the parts I understood were ones we needed and scheduled another appointment and even verified on the Sat prior to the Monday Aug 14 appt that it was valid! Then no technician came and when I finally reached someone after a long wait I was told one part that was ordered had been returned and reordered! That has been two weeks ago and I have tried to reach out several times to get status on this repair with no success. We have been without this refrigerator for over a month and insist some immediate notification to repair or replace! We have been a loyal customer for years and feel you have fallen short on the customer service we deserve!
