The techs that came were all very nice BUT the customer service from A&E was terrible . My first tech came out very nice tech and told us he had to order parts on June 28 th. And then I never received any info from A&E from that date until August 30th. No e mails,no tech messages and could not get any on the phone numbers that were listed. Then they lost my request for service. NO follow up customer service!!

Glenn was very knowledgeable and replaced the parts on my stove. He calibrated the stove temperature and made the adjustments that were needed. He was very polite and courteous; but very professional and thorough.

Me. Phil let me know about when he would arrive. Knew right away what the problem was, fixed the problem and serviced my dryer. Kept my floor protected and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and professional.
