Sears warranty tends to send 3rd party repair technicians, but it's a huge mistake. After months of trying to get a Sears technician, they finally sent David and his service was worth waiting for. David is not only professional, but he's also extremely knowledgeable. He took his time while the 3rd party techs rushed everything. David looked at every detail while the 3rd party techs tried to convince me that nothing was wrong with my appliance. David was courteous and helpful, and he answered all of my questions and put my concerns at ease. I wish Sears would have sent David the first time instead of putting me through months of stress with other 3rd party techs. David takes care of business, is thorough, and more techs need to learn from him. Thank you David!

Kevin was extremely conscientious in dealing with our refrigerator repair. He, twice, engineered temporary fixes to keep the refrigerator operational until the repair could be completed. The required part had not been delivered when he arrived to complete the repair; Kevin retrieved the part from the UPS driver who was down the road. A big MAHALO! to Kevin for going "above and beyond" in effectuating this repair!
