My first time using Sears appliances and repair. What a breath of fresh air. Tho was very knowledgeable. He explained to us in great detail the problem and possible prevention. I love good customer service, this was 150% satisfactory. I offer tip but was declined. WOW! Who knew? Will be calling for my refrigerator soon. GO SEARS!
