Aaron called to be sure if I still wanted the service call and that he was thirty minutes out. He listened to my concerns, checked my stove noted that it had a problem that wasn't worth being repaired and should be replaced.

He was very fast. He was willing to adjust his route to accomodate a special situation I had with a Dr appointment. At the end was not necessary to do any adjusment, but he was willing to do it.
