Sheikh was prompt and very friendly. Our claim was denied by our company due to the report from the technician. I'm not sure what was said to them, but the report they gave us does not match what we submitted our claim for. We are without repair to our refrigerator, and I have filed a dispute.

My review is more for the structure and not so much Albert who stepped into a situation that was already brewing. I was scheduled for weeks out for my broken fridge. I am a family of 5 so this was a MASSIVE issue. The tech came and ordered parts that were on backorder (pandemic related which has caused delays in every industry), the parts came earlier and I installed myself and was missing a screw. I kept my appointment for the end of October in place and figured I'd wait, I was given an 8-5 window and took the day off only to be rescheduled at 4:15pm for a week later same time frame. I think 8-5 window in this day and time is ludicrous. Albert called at 5:30 or so from an 8-5 window and asked if he could reschedule as he was running behind and had two other jobs. I expressed discontent and told him I only needed a screw and he graciously rearranged and made my appointment work. I am extremely grateful to him as another reschedule would have absolutely been ridiculous. I think systems should be tweaked a bit and utilize technology a bit more to avoid inconveniences and cause minimal disruptions to the customer. Thank you for accommodating Albert
