Your scheduling is horrible. A nine hour window? Really? Then I get a text saying if I don't confirm, my appointment will be cancelled. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONFIRM! The only options were cancel or reschedule. You cancelled one appointment so had to schedule another nine hour window appointment. This is infuriating. Get your act together.
