Colin M. came out and assessed our refrigerator and saw first hand the damage our faulty 25 year old refrigerator did to our kitchen floor. (Water Damage) He listened to what I had to say, unlike the Sears technician that came out in January for the same issues. We appreciated his great customer service today.

Kendall was very nice and attempted to fix my problem and when he left the washer was running a wash cycle but 45 min later it stopped in mid cycle with a tub full of water that wouldn't drain. I was told when I reported this to him by phone an hour after he left that I needed to contact my home warranty company and have them issue a new work order so his company could return to again attempt a repair, causing another 5 day delay until they can return. Efficient fir his time perhaps but very inefficient for me. I give Kendall 6 stars because I don't believe this was his fault but I give the company 2 stars.
