Eric is great! all the tech's were very good. the problem is your scheduling program is horrible. we went through 3 weeks of you (AI) scheduled repairs to the wrong appliance and i could not contact anyone to correct it. it is not efficient by any means.

David Q did an outstanding job. Best Buy sent a tech 3 times and could not figure out the problem. The first time David Q showed up he was professional, was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, ordered the parts and had the issues corrected within a week. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous - i would highly recommend him - he did a great job and was punctual
