Excellent Repairman
Charles was courteous and efficient. He identified the issue with my refrigerator, and offered a solution. Very satisfied with his expertise. Sears Service Provider, on the other hand is terrible. I had two appointments, but only Charles showed up. No call or email with any updates. I already paid, so I will get my dishwasher serviced as promised. I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience. I had to take a work day to wait for job that wasn't addressed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The technician was very nice, explained the complete situation and why there wasn't a better result. He was unable to repair my freezer, but tried to look into it as best he could. I found him very hard working and he deserves props for that.

Sears set up five dates that someone would be out to do the repair. We stayed home waiting for someone to come. Finally on the fifth date, Jay came on the 22nd and did the repair. We wished that the service department would have called and explained that they were too busy to come out or not have taken our money on the 6th and yet they were too busy until the 22nd to do the repair. Jon, was flexible in scheduling service same day. He was able to ask a couple fact finding questions and came prepared with parts. He officially diagnosed the issue once he opened the oven up extremely quick. Jon had the ignitor fixed in minutes. Thanks, Jon. Time to make cup cakes!!
