Tech for refri
Took his time very thorough and explained to me what the problem could be. I didn't have anymore water leaks when he came, But he said to check behind my fridge sometime to see if it is freezing ice and if so call in and let the tech department know and they will come back out.

Brett was great! He came made an assessment and got to work! The only thing that I think could be better is the app or the website. I confirmed my appointment several times and yet you had the wrong name and address listed for our house. Other than that everything worked out great and my oven is back to working!
