Bernie was very professional and knew the dishwasher he was repairing. My only suggestion for the company is to have a better representative that books and or dispatch's the technicians.

I called for a maintenance appointment for my oven. I have a 5 year protection plan. The appointment was made for my microwave. I corrected the person making the appointment and was told it didn't matter. Later I got a call asking if I could change the appointment day. Once again I told the person the appointment said for my microwave not my oven. I was told again it didnt matter. But as you know it does matter. Alexander was great about it. Not only was the online procedure to make these appointments cumbersome and confusing but I wasted a day today. Alexander was the only good thing about this non appointment.
