The technician, Gary M, arrived in a timely manner soon after he called. He checked the freezer part that was mailed and explained sone of the steps he needed to do. The seal on freezer door was repaired skillfully and very well. Thank you, Gary, for your courteous service and excellent workmanship.

I swear I couldn't hear the doorbell so I missed the technician's visit. I texted and he made my day when he worked me into his busy schedule. I was so embarrassed that the problem with my fridge's ice maker was my fault. I didn't leave it in the on position long enough- a day- to produce ice. I just figured it was broken. Ramon was kind and didn't make me feel bad. I should have ice tomorrow. I still had to pay but that's okay!
