Alex was so nice and knowledgeable. He took time to conduct the PM. If this is the treatment he gives all his customers. A raise would be warranted. You don't want to lose a guy like him. Nowadays good and knowledgeable and kind people are scarce in the workplace

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He was also very efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. Our dishwasher ended up needing a replacement part, so he wasn't able to repair our appliance on the spot, but he effectively communicated the proper diagnosis to Home Shield and facilitated the process to get a new replacement for our home. He was the 2nd opinion sent to our home because the first technician from Superior Appliance was incompetent and did not know how to even diagnose the problem correctly. Micheal was clearly knowledgeable in his field and trouble shot the issue, inspecting the different potential causes of the malfunction and was able to diagnose the issue. We were very satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge Micheal displayed on this service call. He was so very friendly too, my 2 year old son was very curious at what he was doing and he interacted with my son in a very positive way and I appreciate that. Thank you Michael.

I wasn't at home, but my husband said Scott was very knowledgeable and quick to troubleshoot what the issue was. Furthermore Scott gave suggestions on how to use our freezer more efficiently. We were very pleased with his service.

Did not have repair. Part way over priced compared to online. Repair even more over priced. Will repair myself and use someone other than Sears next time.
