Refrigerator service call
Rob was great. He diagnosed the problem and then found out the part was in stock and went and picked it up and then completed the service call and the end of the day. This is the second time we have had Rob at our house. Definitely one great tech!

Andrew worked diligently and made sure to check his work carefully since he thought he had it fixed and then it stopped again but he went above and beyond by ordering parts just in case it wasn't working correctly when he came back.
