Randal was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He could not find parts for my dishwasher, so now I need to wait for AHS to review and decide what to do. I hope they send this gentleman once they decide what to do. It's always a pleasure to do business with people who are real, and professional.

Arben was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us. He identified the issue , ordered the parts required then returned and installed them. Refrigerator now working again! No fault to Arben but 2 other appointments had been scheduled with another technician and had been cancelled by technician without a reason why. We were very frustrated with this process until Arben responded on the third appointment that was scheduled.

Dustin came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my range oven control panel. He got the part ordered and on the next visit he had the new parts installed and working properly in less than 15 minutes.
