Rezon is a good tech. Appears skilled and personable. But the length of time it took to order parts, get them delivered and installed was very inconvenient. A month-long wait to get some new parts connected to some okd parts abd I won't know for a coupke days if it even works. Although I didn't pay for it, the nearly $900 expensed should have gone towards a new refrigerator.
