Jerry was very professional and took care of our non working dishwasher. But I do believe you as A&E factory service could do better. The service time windows are a bit ridiculous. I had to take off a full day waiting on the tech to get here and it ended up being at 4 o'clock. Schedule times better so people like me don't have to take a full day off!
