He was so very polite, did a great job explaining what was going on with the ice maker and what needed to be done. He fixed the ice maker and will be to fix another issue with refrigerator. I would definitely ask for him to come back and be out tech.

The technician called and gave me a time he would arrive. To the minute he was right on time. He quickly accessed the problem and went right to work. The problem was taken of very quickly and he was on his way.

I had two other techs come out to my house who were not customer service friendly. The first guy didn't listen, talked over me, questioned me like like i was stupid. Never even took my refrigerator apart just made an "educated" guess at what was wrong and ordered some was in and out of my house in 15mins. Second guy who came to put parts in again seemed clueless but got the parts in but struggled to do it. Two days later my refrigerator was not working AGAIN. Now comes Richard!! Like a shining star! He was customer friendly made a point to explain what he was doing, listened to me when I told him what was happening. He took apart my refrigerator and made a determination that one of the parts that were replaced was bad out of the box. Ordered a new part and showed me how to defrost my freezer quickly in case I needed to do it again. When the part arrived I called my warranty company (because that is the ONLY way I can get ahold of YOUR company) rescheduled my appointment that was 3 weeks out still. Richard came the next and was very prompt and polite. Again took apart my fridge to make sure nothing else was wrong replaced the part and did a fantastic job. Trying to get ahold of your company is the biggest joke! I was never able to get a live person unless I went through my warranty company. All the phone numbers listed for your company put me in a phone loop that is never ending and no option to speak with someone. It is horrible.
