Got to the problem quickly. Had wait for parts to complete repair. All went smooth. Even helped with extra services. Too bad our home warranty co was so inefficient and wasted everybody's time. It was Choice by the way.

All around great technician -- friendly, easy going, absolutely knowledgeable (fixed the problem in less than a few minutes) and explained it to me so that I understood. Clearly an animal lover-- all my pets were all over him. Even grabbed my package for me on his way in. Definitely recommend him!
