Rodney did a very good job. He checked out all my concerns about my Frigidaire dishwasher and Frigidaire combo washer/dryer. He was knowledgeable about the products and the analysis of each. He did not rush. He was thorough. My dishwasher was doing a poor job of cleaning the dishes because of a plumbing problem, which Todd identified and explained.
