Experience and Persistence Pays Off

My issue was misdiagnosed the first time, which left me paying over 300$ for a part I didn't end up needing and didn't fix the issue with the dishwasher. Justin came and within minutes had identified the real problem and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He went and got the part from a local store, came back and had the repair done within 20 minutes of the return. He stayed another several minutes just to check and assure me that the real issue was solved. Thank you Justin for finally fixing my dishwasher and being so transparent about the process!
