Excellent work
He's the best! We've had several technicians out and many of them were great but only Duane will temporarily fix the dishwasher on his diagnostics visit before the parts come in.

Our freezer was leaking water on the floor when the freezer wasn't closed all the way and the technician said it was a blocked tube so he fixed that and no more leaks. So we are happy with our experience.

He was quick to show me what was wrong and that they don't make that hose anymore. He suggested flex tape until I can get a new machine. Never would have thought of that. Nice customer service.
