Instead of replacing refrigerator I decided to give Sears a chance to repair instead. Repairman arrived as scheduled and had refrigerator repaired quickly. Pleasant, professional, and courteous. Very pleased with service.

Your scheduling changed his schedule he was ready to come here but they pulled him to South Carolina I fell they should have let him come here. This was not his fault . I stayed home from 8 to 5 he did let me know if the changes.
