The Sears part........Joel was prompt and professional. He did a great job. Not happy with Choice Warranty's e-mails and lack of speaking with someone who knows something. You will not allow me to print the Claim amount to be refunded to me at the Replacement process. The amount appears then goes away. I had to write it down quickly. Slimy! This account is in my ex-husbands name. We have been divorced for 4 years...he is getting the e-mails and he knew nothing about this. I would like his name and his e-mail removed from this account. The tech that came out today was one of the best I have ever dealt with. He took the time to do a thorough job, explained what he thought might be contributing factors, and had my dishwasher running again in the same visit. Exceptional service.
