Steve got right to work on my washer. I was a little confused when he asked me for the parts, but then he told me they had been delivered. Something had been delivered, but I wasnt sure it was for me, as there was no name on it. Also, there was only one part. I got it, and he said that was it but that there should have been two. Fortunately, he had another one on his truck. Talk about making lemonade out of lemons! He ran into rust getting the front off, but it didn't stop him from drilling out the screw. At that point, I went about my business. Pretty soon, he called me and said he was done. He showed me how the new parts made the barrel much more steady. It seems all is well. I am so glad they decided to fix it rather than replace it because it was bought as a set.
