I was upset that tech did not show up yesterday. I was on the phone or online all afternoon trying to rectify the problem, your system leaves much to be desired. However, the repairman, Michael, was knowledgeable, fast and when he left, I felt much better. I was thinking of canceling Sears repair service because of this. I recommend you improve your service options when changes need to be made. When the repairman left the first time, he set up an appt, but he said if the part came in I could simply call and change the appt for a sooner date. That was almost impossible because of the options.
