Great Service!
The service was good. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He called to inform me of estimated time of arrival. Received text updates as well. Would be better if window of time wasn't from 8 to 5.

The tech. Was knowledgeable and helped explain and answered my questions The comment I have is, if the tech would call and give at least two hour notice it's not just the tech that I had it's sears company They should have a window of four hours and not eight or at least say, either morning or afternoon instead of all day. This tech did call and say he was on his way in which was nice.
