Dustin came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my range oven control panel. He got the part ordered and on the next visit he had the new parts installed and working properly in less than 15 minutes.

Took three months to get my fridge fixed with multiple visits by the techs. Wasn't their fault as we had parts related issues beyond their control. Wasn't very happy with the techs themselves.

The service repair was quick, and the tech was nice, but the wait for him to arrive was too long. That's not his fault, but they shouldn't give such broad time windows and then come after the submitted times.

Technician was great and very professional . However, at the end of the service, we were informed there was no completion to the service on the freezer light. We were told to contact the manufacturer. The total service to be performed was incomplete at that time.
