Our service was done fast and accurately. The service tech described each step that he was doing to correct our problem. He put in three of the four parts that we received. The only part he did not put in was the fan motor which he said was not needed. He took the fan motor back with him to return it to the manufacturer , presently our refrigerator is running fine
