The service Tech was a very professional. came in service, the appliance stayed with it until it was completed. And it's working fine. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Luis determined our last technician misdiagnosed the issue with our range so was able to get us a refund of $300+ for a part he had ordered that was not needed. The previous technician had first replaced another part before telling us we needed the additional, more expensive part. Maybe likely that the part he installed was also not needed and an unnecessary expense for us? Luis was able to fix the actual issue that was most likely caused by the gentleman who installed our new flooring. An issue we now have to deal with with that contractor. You need more employees like Luis.
