The original service tech that came out had to come out multiple times because he wasn't getting the job done correctly and we had to raise and lower the feet and empty our refrigerator and freezer multiple times and after I believe four visits, we finally requested a different guy and Greg is the one that came out the last time and he knew what he was doing. Today he came out and do exactly what he had to do to replace the feet that were worn out from raising and lowering too many times. Greg is very pleasant and he's there to get the job done and done correctly!

Provided such good service when replacing my fridge ice maker. When he realized that the one mailed had a broken piece, he took a piece off of the old one and Frankensteined a new working ice maker. Great job. And now I have ice. Please pay him a living wage instead of doing these stupid reviews. He's not a frickin' monkey.
