Timothy came to the door and immediately Timothy immediately introduced Friendly, Timothy was friendly, respectful and professional. It only took him 5-10 minutes to diagnose the problem and carefully Put the parts that were there back inside the refrigerator so we did not have a mess on our hands. Timothy was friendly, respectful and almost immediately found out what was wrong with our refrigerator. He explained the problem in terms we could understand. He then put all of the parts back into the refrigerator so we did not have a mess in our house. It only took Tim a very few minutes to see the problem. He explained the problem in terms that we could understand. In all, we believe Tim to be an excellent employee.
