Experience and knowledge
Charles at first impression was that of knowing the problem right away from the description of freezer from my point of view which instantly set my mind at ease and my dog was excited to see him and enjoyed the petting that she wanted.

Mike worked hard to identify the problem with my dishwasher not draining. A previous company had looked at it many weeks ago and was unable to identify the problem. By trial and error Mike found the problem and replaced the failing part to get it running properly.

Michael arrived at the home and we tried to explain what had happened. After a bit, it became apparent to Michael that we had made a mistake in trying to run the dishwasher the way we had tried. Michael, very pleasantly took the time to demonstrate to my wife the correct way of running the machine. He then asked her to start the machine and run it thru the cycle. She completed the task and hopefully we will not make the same mistake again! Michael did a great job!
