Mike is a very knowledgeable technician and efficient with his time. He was there to service my gas range. After troubleshooting the issue and checking amperage and voltage, he replaced a part and had working with in 35 minutes. During his service time, Mike was pleasure to talk with and I enjoyed the time he spent working on my appliance. He is definitely an asset to his company and his long experience shows in his work.

Larry was awesome. I'm not happy about my appointment was scheduled for the 29th of November and no one showed. Also I never even scheduled this appointment so I would love to know how this appointment got scheduled.
