Shaun was great!
He went right to work and fixed the dryer. The bad part was that I had to wait 1 full month to get a serviceman out. First waiting for parts and then another week and a half to get on the schedule for a repairman. Very unhappy about the service from SEARS.

John was very professional and fixed the problem! He also checked for other possible problems like draining and rinsing! He tested the door, and fixed the latch so it was able to be turned on! He said to call back is another problem occurs!
